Medical Secretary (Surgical Scheduling Focus)West Palm Beach & Delray Beach (floating)On-Site roleCompensation: $58K-$60K (annualized equivalent)ABOUT THE ROLEOur client is seeking a Medical Secretary with a focus on surgical scheduling to support their orthopedic practice across West Palm Beach and Delray Beach. This is a 3-month contract position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The Medical Secretary will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures-particularly orthopedic cases such as hip and shoulder replacements-while managing calendars, case bookings, and ensuring all pre- and post-operative requirements are met. The role serves as a key liaison between physicians, hospital staff, and patients, maintaining accurate documentation within EMR systems and facilitating clear, timely communication throughout the surgical process.
