Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Supervisor, based in New York, NY. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, conducting inspections of guest rooms and public areas, assisting with laundry operations, handling guest requests, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and training team members to ensure excellence in service and operational efficiency.
