Client Solutions Director

A company is looking for a Client Solutions Director to ensure life sciences engagements deliver customer value during pilot programs and early-stage deployments. Key Responsibilities Support discovery, feasibility assessments, and solution design during the pre-sales phase Coordinate pilot engagements and monitor progress to ensure objectives and success metrics are met Build relationships with client stakeholders and identify follow-on opportunities for additional use cases Required Qualifications 7-10 years of experience in life sciences or healthcare analytics Experience with clinical trials, patient identification, and consultative solution delivery Ability to coordinate complex engagements across multiple internal teams Familiarity with healthcare data sources and standards Strong stakeholder management skills
