Role Description This full-time, on-site role based in Hooksett, NH, is for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP). The PNP will provide mental health care services, including conducting psychiatric evaluations, formulating treatment plans, prescribing medications, and offering holistic care to individuals across various age groups. The PNP will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized, high-quality patient care, while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to ethical and professional standards. Qualifications Strong skills and experience in Mental Health Nursing and Psychiatric CareCurrent licensure and DEA as a Nurse Practitioner in NHKnowledge and experience in Mental Health Care deliveryAbility to implement comprehensive treatment plans and manage diverse psychiatric conditionsExceptional communication, interpersonal, and patient-focused care abilitiesExperience working in a multidisciplinary team settingComfort with treating all ages
