Senior Project Manager – Charlottesville, VABuild what’s next.A long-standing Charlottesville organization with exciting expansion plans is looking for a sharp, organized Senior Project Manager to lead capital projects across its properties and facilities.You’ll keep projects moving from concept to completion, working closely with leadership, architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to make sure everything stays on time, on budget, and aligned with the bigger vision.What You’ll Do:Lead capital projects from planning through closeoutBuild project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelinesCoordinate architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsKeep leadership updated with clear, practical progress reportsReview designs, invoices, pay applications, and change ordersVisit job sites to track progress, quality, safety, and timelinesManage permits, inspections, punch lists, warranties, and final turnoverSpot issues early and help solve problems quicklyWhat You Bring:Previous experience in construction management, capital projects, or developmentBachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or a related fieldStrong budgeting, scheduling, and project management skillsSolid understanding of contracts, permitting, codes, and complianceClear communication, strong follow-through, and a calm approach under pressureAbility to manage multiple projects and moving parts at onceWhy You’ll Like It:You’ll play a key role in shaping the next chapter of a respected Charlottesville organization during an exciting period of growth.
