Job Title: Production Line SupervisorCompany: DCL Products and its innovation and manufacturing subsidiary Milbar LaboratoriesLocation: 20 Commerce St, East Haven, CTJob Type: Full-Time, Exempt, Onsite⸻About the RoleDCL Products and Milbar Laboratories are seeking a hands-on Production Line Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, cGMP-compliant environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency, and maintaining strict adherence to FDA and cGMP standards across cosmetic and OTC manufacturing.⸻Key Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate daily production line activities • Ensure all operations comply with cGMP, FDA, and internal quality standards • Monitor production output, efficiency, and labor utilization • Train, mentor, and manage production staff • Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized production environment • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions • Maintain accurate production documentation and batch records • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste⸻Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment • Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred • Experience in cosmetics, OTC, pharmaceutical, or cGMP-regulated manufacturing strongly preferred • Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and documentation practices • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and leadership skills • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and compliance⸻Compensation & Benefits • Pay: $20 to $25 per hour (based on experience) • 2 weeks paid vacation • 12 paid holidays • Health and welfare benefits • 401(k) plan⸻Work Environment • Onsite role at our East Haven, CT manufacturing facility • Dynamic, team-oriented production environment supporting both branded and contract manufacturing operations⸻If you’re a motivated production leader with a strong commitment to quality and operational excellence, we encourage you to apply and grow with a company built on innovation without compromise.
