The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to support legal professionals throughout the lifecycle of a case.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of assigned cases, including maintaining accurate and complete case records and documentationCoordinate case workflows by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely execution of required actionsPrepare, review, and finalize legal documents such as notices, orders, decisions, and correspondenceServe as a liaison between legal professionals, parties, and counsel to facilitate communication and resolve procedural mattersReview and validate submitted documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with procedural requirementsProofread and cite-check legal documents; verify facts against case records and ensure proper formatting and distributionSupport hearings and pre-hearing activities, including coordinating logistics and managing evidence materialsIdentify and proactively resolve issues that may arise throughout the case lifecycleCompile reports, metrics, and case-related data to support operational tracking and decision-makingParticipate in special projects and operational initiatives as neededRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and paralegal certification requiredExperience in paralegal, legal operations, or case management environments preferredStrong writing, editing, and legal research skillsExperience with legal research tools and cite-checking processesExcellent organizational, time management, and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business toolsPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting litigation or regulatory/legal proceedingsFamiliarity with legal procedures, documentation standards, and case lifecycle managementWork EnvironmentPrimarily onsite roleOccasional travel may be requiredFlexibility to work extended hours based on case demandsWelcome to ConsultNet, a premier national provider of technology talent and solutions.
