This role requires strong process design expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to ensure portfolio teams follow established guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement governance frameworks and processes to ensure portfolio alignment with business objectives.Ensure compliance with governance standards and monitor adherence across portfolio teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to refine processes and drive continuous improvement.Communicate governance policies and process updates clearly to all portfolio teams and leadership.Track portfolio performance and provide governance reports, identifying areas for process optimization.Qualifications: Proven experience in portfolio governance and process design.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams.Excellent organizational and analytical skills for process monitoring and reporting.Experience with portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview) is a plus.Ability to design processes that are both effective and easy to follow.
