For over 25 years, we’ve helped participants discover their God-given purpose, develop essential life and work skills, and connect to meaningful employment opportunities through the support of dedicated volunteers, church partners, and community organizations.We are seeking a mission-driven Program Manager who is passionate about operational excellence and creating high-quality, Christ-centered program experiences. Reporting to the Program Director, this role is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of Jobs Partnership’s curriculum—including LifeWorks—across multiple partner sites.As a key member of the Program Team, the Program Manager leads the day-to-day execution of program operations, supervises site-level staff, and serves as the primary liaison for existing Church and Industry Academy partners. This role ensures that every class is well-coordinated, every stakeholder is supported, and every program experience reflects Jobs Partnership’s mission and biblical foundation.CONTRIBUTIONThe Program Manager drives operational excellence across all program sites by ensuring seamless class execution, strong communication, and consistent program quality. This role manages logistics, supervises facilitators and site administrators, oversees participant and volunteer engagement, and ensures accurate program data and documentation.Working closely with the Program Director and in partnership with the Partnership Development Manager, the Program Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a high-quality, Christ-centered program experience while supporting continuous improvement through data, feedback, and site-level insights.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLead the operational setup and execution of LifeWorks and other program offerings across multiple partner sites.Manage program logistics including scheduling, facilities coordination, materials, and A/V needs.Supervise and coach Class Facilitators and Site Administrators to ensure high-quality curriculum delivery.Maintain strong communication with participants, volunteers, and partners to support engagement and program goals.Serve as the primary operational liaison to existing Church and Industry Academy partners.Support volunteer coordination, onboarding, and training in partnership with the Partnership Development Manager.Oversee program administration, including attendance tracking, evaluations, incident reports, and facilitator feedback.Utilize LMS systems and program data to monitor participant progress, ensure data accuracy, and inform decision-making.Identify and address site-level challenges, escalating issues as needed.Ensure each program site delivers a consistent, well-prepared, and Christ-centered experience.SKILLS REQUIREDStrong operational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to lead, coach, and support team members.High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.Problem-solving mindset with resilience, adaptability, and resourcefulness.Ownership mentality with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in program operations or project management.Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, operations, or team leadership.Experience in community-based or faith-based environments preferred.Alignment with a biblical worldview and passion for Kingdom work.Availability for evening classes and occasional events.SCHEDULEFull-time, typically Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with flexibility for evening and weekend events and meetings.COMPENSATION: Salary range of $55,000 - $65,500Annual Incentive: Up to 6% of annual salary Full Benefits package, including 5% 401(k) match.
