Lecturer - Finance
Position Overview
The Department of Finance is accepting applications for the position of Non‑Tenure Track Faculty Lecturer (part‑time). This role includes teaching 1–3 courses in the Finance concentration for the BSBA and/or MBA programs, subject to future hiring needs such as financial modeling, investments, international finance, personal finance, and corporate finance.
Responsibilities
Teach 1–3 Finance courses for BSBA and/or MBA students.
Contribute to the department, college, and university community.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance or a related field (Doctoral degree or equivalent if teaching graduate level).
Excellent teaching ability and commitment to student success.
Doctoral degree or appropriate field for preferred positions.
Experience teaching at the college level.
License and Certification
Valid NC Driver’s License required.
Employment Details
Full‑time equivalent (FTE) 1.0 (40 hours/week). Appointment duration 9 months recurring. Application open 02/17/2026.
