This is a general Warehouse position with broad responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesKeep the workplace safe, clean and organized to facilitate the efficient flow of materialsDevelop intimate knowledge of the processes supportedReceipt of incoming material/product; support customer shipment of company productsPick-up and drop-off materials at pre-designated areas at scheduled intervalsMovement of materials to their intended locations5S activities for all responsible areas (sorting, organizing, cleaning, sweeping)Facilitate the flow of materials by participating in the production process including assembly, building of components, shipping and receiving as neededTransacting material to jobs and non-conformancesWork with purchasing and supply chain in the inventory management process including cycle counting, physical inventory, notification of stock outsFlexibility to cross-train as necessaryOther duties as requested by managementRequirements4 years manufacturing or related experienceOrganized work space and productAble to lift 45 lbs. Able to stand for long periods up to 4 hours at a timeAble to read and write fluent EnglishComputer skills and MS Office experience preferred
