Temporary Westbrook, MaineLocation: Westbrook, MaineType: TemporaryJob #20636Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Westbrook, MEOverviewThe Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) partners with senior leadership, including two SVPs, to translate business strategy into effective people strategies. This role focuses on talent planning, hiring, retention, and organizational effectiveness while enabling leaders to build high-performing teams in a global environment.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and talent decisions.Translate business goals into practical people plans that support hiring, engagement, and retention.Lead talent planning processes including calibration, succession planning, and targeted development actions.Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and build strong talent pipelines.Support organizational change initiatives and coach leaders on performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.Manage day-to-day HR partnership activities including employee relations, talent movement, and organizational changes.Leverage people analytics (attrition, engagement, talent flow, DEI metrics) to identify trends and guide decision-making.Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver programs across talent acquisition, leadership development, compensation, employee relations, and organizational development.Maintain awareness of employment laws, policies, and HR best practices to ensure compliant and effective HR operations. Required Experience3-5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR role supporting business leaders.Experience working in a fast-paced or global organization. Core SkillsBusiness Partnering & Execution: Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and manage day-to-day HR execution.Change Enablement & Coaching: Support organizational change and coach leaders on performance and team health.HR Operational Acumen: Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance basics, and employee relations practices. Preferred SkillsExperience supporting organizational design initiatives such as restructures or spans and layers optimization.Ability to use people analytics to inform decisions and measure outcomes.Experience facilitating talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development discussions.
