More than just a shop, PeachyBbies is a vibrant community built on imagination, play, and the magic of hands-on fun! *Job Summary:* The *Fulfillment Team Member* will play a crucial role in ensuring that online orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner. The Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for maintaining the smooth flow of products through the fulfillment process, contributing to the overall success of our operations and customer satisfaction. * Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders for e-commerce and wholesale customers based on order specifications. * Ensure that all products are properly inspected for quality before shipment. * Label and pack products according to company guidelines and ensure that all necessary documentation is included. * Use order management systems and handheld devices to track and manage orders. * Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders. * Assist with managing inventory levels and conduct cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. * Ensure all products are stored in a clean and organized manner, following proper warehouse organization protocols. * Process returns and exchanges according to company procedures. * Ensure safe and efficient handling of products, including lifting and moving packages. * Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workflow. *Schedule & Availability:* * This is a full-time position, Wednesday-Saturday 6:00am - 4:30pm, and may involve extended hours during peak season or production demand. *Qualifications:* * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Previous experience in an e-commerce, warehouse, or retail environment is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks. * Comfortable working with order management systems and basic warehouse technology * Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. * Positive, proactive attitude and a strong commitment to excellent customer service. *Perks & Benefits:* * Fun, creative, and hands-on work environment. * Growth opportunities within the company. *Work Environment/ Physical Requirements:* * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift and carry up to 25 lbs as needed. * Regularly required to bend, stoop, and reach to access materials. *Equal Employment Opportunity Statement* At PeachyBbies, we’re all about creating a work vibe as fun and inclusive as our slimes.
