Quality/Document Control Technician
*Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality/Document Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will ensure that all quality standards are maintained throughout the production process by managing documentation,
*Responsibilities*
* Work with customers to create and maintain finished product specifications.
* Write deviations.
* Perform quality audits and inspections.
* Review completed production records.
* Support calibration of scales and other equipment.
* Assist in implementing quality management systems (QMS) and ensure adherence to regulatory/legal compliance standards in production environments.
* Collaborate with manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
*Requirements*
* Experience working in quality/document control in a food manufacturing setting, with a strong understanding of quality systems.
* Knowledge of regulatory standard such as FDA regulation on food and dietary supplements
* Experience conducting quality audits to identify and resolve issues.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills across multiple departments.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
