COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Year 1 guaranteed compensation of $750,000 (base + sign-on)
45% of collections with no cap on earnings - top producers exceed $950,000
Four-day clinical week standard

RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional patient care across the full spectrum of general dermatology
Build and grow your own patient panel with robust referral support
Supervise and mentor advanced practice providers
Collaborate with fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons and dermatopathologists
Practice in modern, fully-equipped clinical facilities
REQUIREMENTS
MD or DO from accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
Completion of ACGME-accredited dermatology residency
Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain)
