Georgia Licensed Litigation Attorney

A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney to manage third-party subpoenas related to personal injury litigation. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate high-volume third-party subpoenas for patient diagnostic imaging records Draft and file objections to legally defective subpoenas and ensure compliance with applicable laws Supervise a paralegal and manage subpoena response workflows while advising internal teams on legal implications Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar license in Georgia; admission in additional states is a plus Substantial litigation experience with a focus on personal injury matters Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure rules and federal rules governing third-party discovery Familiarity with HIPAA and health information privacy regulations as applied to litigation
