HVAC Technician

Chief of Staff KC is partnering with a growing organization seeking an HVAC Field Service Technician to support continued growth and increasing customer demand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers, and being hands-on in the field.This opportunity offers long-term growth with a company focused on building a strong culture and investing in its people.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systemsDiagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic system issuesTravel to customer sites and complete service work efficientlyPartner with dispatch to maintain schedules and communicate updatesParticipate in rotating after-hours or weekend emergency service coverageAssist with equipment loading, deliveries, and site setup as neededComplete service documentation and maintain a high level of customer serviceQualifications:HVAC trade school education or equivalent field experienceEPA 608 certification requiredStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordComfortable lifting up to 75 poundsAbility to operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksBasic Microsoft Office proficiencyWillingness to travel periodically as neededPreferred Experience:Commercial HVAC service experienceExperience supporting critical equipment or infrastructure environmentsStrong communication and customer-facing skills
