**Kitchen Position** **Overview:** The kitchen position both works as a regular line cook, while helping in other aspects of the kitchen. We are a unique restaurant as we provide food for Simply Burgers & Fries, Oliver's Donuts, and the new Main Street Diner. **Duties:** - Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards - Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards for all items - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, which includes cleaning & dishwashing - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations **Skills:** - Proficiency in culinary techniques and food preparation - Strong customer service skills - Knowledge of food production processes - Familiarity with food service management principles - Ability to work effectively in a kitchen environment - Understanding of proper food handling techniques - Prior experience in kitchen management is a plus If you are a dedicated Cook with a passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
