Engineering / Operations Representative

Job Overview Northwestern REC, an electricity distribution member-owned Cooperative in Cambridge Springs, PA; is in search of a full-time Engineering/Operations Representative. This position is a support position within our engineering department. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments for our service technician and field service personnel to visit our members at their homes; dispatching linemen work crews; resolving member inquiries; member service request follow-through; materials and load management system coordination; and related administrative duties. The position requires an associate's degree in business administration, secretarial science, or equivalent. At least three years of secretarial/office management experience including the ability to assemble data on a spreadsheet or other computerized manner required. Microsoft Office software experience, the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize appropriately and being a team player is required.
