LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lodi, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers coordinated, patient-centered care in a Med/Surg and Telemetry setting. This role involves utilizing the nursing process, critical thinking, and clinical judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms (Telemetry) Administer medications and treatments safely Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans Participate in discharge planning for continuity of care Delegate tasks and supervise support staff appropriately Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – State of Practice (California) Experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry settings Ability to float and adapt to different units Strong clinical, communication, and critical thinking skills Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support / CPR) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Experience in an acute care facility About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
