TPC is not part of a large corporate system, our legacy is 100% Portland, and our focus is 100% on our patients.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic's collaborative, multispecialty team delivering comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine). This role emphasizes proactive health maintenance , chronic disease management, and continuity of care within an innovative, value-driven model. With strong referral relationships, integrated care resources, and Epic EHR, physicians enjoy clinical autonomy with robust support. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with a predictable schedule, no hospital call, and a strong pathway to partnership. Patient care is complemented by a full suite of ancillary services including imaging (MRI, CT, Xray, US, Mammography, and DXA), in-house laboratory, an Ambulatory Surgical Center, and Urgent Care. Epic is our EMR.With physician leaders guiding the organization, we promote a collaborative structure with our physicians and providers to ensure excellent patient care and quality of life balance. Physicians and providers are supported by medical assistants and registered nurses as well as social work and care management teams through our Population Health department.
