The role focuses on active sourcing, outreach development, data analysis, and end‐to‐end recruiting process support.ResponsibilitiesSupport in Active Sourcing & Outreach DevelopmentCreate targeted candidate personas to enhance personalized outreach strategiesAnalyze talent pools and derive suitable target groups and search approachesDevelop tailored outreach messages for various role profilesDesign and execute A/B tests across different channels (e.g., LinkedIn, talent hubs) to measure messaging effectivenessBuild a data‐driven reporting framework to analyze success rates and define best practicesSupport in Building the End‐to‐End Recruiting FrameworkContribute to the development of a globally aligned end‐to‐end recruiting processCreate structured process maps, flow charts, and process documentationAnalyze business unit requirements and derive differentiated recruiting casesSupport the definition and implementation of relevant recruiting KPIs, including performance metrics and monitoring conceptsAssist in workshops and alignment sessions with global stakeholdersQualificationsEnrolled student (m/f/d) in Business Administration, Work & Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or a related field, ideally with an HR focusInitial practical experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or HR marketingExcellent English skills, both written and spokenStrong affinity for numbers and enthusiasm for conducting analyses and supporting data‐driven decisionsPrecise, structured, and detail‐oriented working stylePassion for recruiting, talent acquisition, and rethinking processesMotivation to work in a global environment and contribute proactivelyLanguagesGermanBenefits of becoming a Global TalentApply your skills and knowledge in a practical environmentInternational exposure – experience working in new cultures and industriesLeadership training and support for career developmentOpportunity for a salary or accommodation during the program#J-18808-Ljbffr
