POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides a unique challenge as it requires performance of multiple accounting and administration functions in support of all construction operations. It will require the employee to adapt to varying situations and act accordingly.
Responsibilities include:
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide general support to visitors as the point of contact for internal and external customers
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Maintain various electronic files and documentation thoroughly and accurately
Manage office inventory
Enter data timely and accurately
Inventory coding, usage, transfers, and month-end reconciliation
Aggregate trucking entry and invoicing
Prepare contract/subcontract documents with extreme attention to detail
Accounts Receivable including invoicing and collections
Coordinate and submit all vehicle registrations, licenses, and related compliance
Confidentially handle sensitive information
All other tasks as assigned
This position is full time and may require overtime as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent or prior experience is preferred
1-3 years administrative or general accounting experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication, and high attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office-word, Excel & Outlook
Experience with computerized accounting software
Experience in data entry and processing
Experience with OSHA, environmental, and driver compliance preferred
Strong organizational skills with detail orientation
Able to work independently and interact with employees and customers
Valid, current Driver's License preferred
