At Fide, we value people over profit and aim to build long-term relationships with both our clients and healthcare professionals. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in the Oncology unit, demonstrating expertise in cancer care. - Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement nursing interventions tailored to oncology patients. - Administer chemotherapy treatments, monitor patient responses, and manage side effects effectively. - Collaborate with oncologists, multidisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical records systems. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in oncology treatments and participate in continuous education. **Qualifications:** - Valid RN license with a specialization in Oncology. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Oncology setting. _ CHEMO certification preffered - Proficiency in administering chemotherapy and managing oncology-related complications. - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. - Knowledge of aseptic techniques, infectious disease care, and tube feeding is preferred. - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. - Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations would be beneficial.
