This is a high-impact role that directly influences project success, client satisfaction, jobsite culture, and the reputation of our company.This position reports directly to the Division Manager.Position SummaryThe Superintendent is responsible for managing and leading day-to-day field operations on residential construction projects. This role owns site execution, safety, cleanliness, schedule adherence, subcontractor coordination, quality control, inspections, documentation, procurement support, and risk management in the field.The right candidate is not just managing a jobsite, they are setting the tone for how the project runs.What Success Looks LikeZero accidents and a culture of safety for employees, subcontractors, clients, inspectors, and the surrounding communityProjects reaching substantial and final completion on scheduleHigh-quality execution with minimal to no reworkClients having such a strong experience that they cannot imagine building without us againProtecting the company’s interests by leading people well, executing projects well, and supporting healthy project profitabilityKey ResponsibilitiesSafety LeadershipSafety is our number one priority.
