The role involves assisting with various stages of the embroidery production process, including preparation, operation, finishing, and packaging. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control during production, maintaining equipment, meeting production timelines, and occasionally interacting with customers for specific order customizations. The position also requires collaboration with team members to ensure smooth workflow and delivery of high-quality products.A majority of your work will center around large-scale, recurring orders for brand partners, so the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently and efficiently is essential.
