The company operates across television, streaming, digital publishing, and direct-to-consumer platforms, delivering content and experiences to millions of users across multiple channels.Built on a culture of innovation and collaboration, the organization combines data, technology, and storytelling to drive audience engagement and business growth.About the RoleWe’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Experimentation Manager to lead and scale A/B testing initiatives across multiple digital brands and platforms. This role will own the experimentation roadmap, helping teams make more rigorous, insight-driven decisions through structured testing and analysis.The ideal candidate will partner closely with analytics, product, editorial, marketing, and engineering teams to develop hypotheses, design statistically sound experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve engagement, growth, and performance.This individual will also help establish experimentation best practices, maintain a centralized testing library, and ensure learnings are shared effectively across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and prioritize a portfolio of high-impact experiments aligned with business objectives across product, editorial, marketing, and growth initiativesPartner cross-functionally to translate business questions into measurable, testable hypothesesDesign and manage experiments end-to-end, including success metrics, segmentation strategy, methodology, and measurement plansBuild and maintain a centralized repository of experiment results, insights, and recommendationsIdentify patterns and strategic opportunities across multiple tests and initiativesEstablish scalable best practices for experimentation design, execution, governance, and analysisCollaborate with analytics, engineering, product, marketing, and editorial stakeholders to integrate experimentation into key decision-making workflowsQualifications5+ years of experience in experimentation, product analytics, or a related quantitative disciplineStrong statistical foundation including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and causal inferenceHands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests using experimentation platforms such as Amplitude or similar toolsProven ability to convert business challenges into structured experiments and actionable insightsStrong technical skills in SQL and Python or RExperience working with modern data platforms and visualization tools such as Databricks, Snowflake, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Omni, or similar technologiesExperience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, editorial/content, and engineering teamsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain methodology and findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environmentPassion for building scalable experimentation processes and fostering a data-driven culture
