First Western Trust is seeking an experienced Manager, Loan Processing to lead the loan processing team and drive accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
In this role you will oversee daily operations across all processing functions, coach staff, manage SLAs, and partner with Compliance, Risk, and other departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end loan lifecycle from origination to servicing transitions.
