We work with brands, retailers, manufacturers, and organizations all over the world and have over 650 employees based in offices in more than 15 markets across EMEA, APAC, and North America.We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our US Team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth across the U.S. market — building relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their digital challenges, and helping them unlock business value through commerce, content, and data transformation.You’ll lead the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement, working closely with the Commercial Director, Managing Director, and cross-functional experts across solution architecture, UX, and project management.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead Generation and DevelopmentDrive outbound leads in coordination with marketing initiatives and through relationship managementManage the inbound lead queueQualify leadsConduct customer meetings and workshopsAttend or create corporate events, conferences and exhibitions as requiredBuild strong relationships with key partners technology partners in conjunction with the Partner ManagerNurturing & ProgressionManage client relationships and be the focal point of the relationship with VaimoManage commercial responses and lead the RFI / RFP processProject manage large sales processesInteract and coordinate specialist contributors (Project managers, Solution architects, UX Designers etc) to ensure clients get a holistic understanding of the Vaimo businessConversion & ClosingCoordinate contractual negotiations with legal teamsManage commercial discussions and agreementsDocument agreementsEnsure a solid hand-off from the pre-sales to the implementation teams and maintain a strong client relationship to ensure a strong first year of the relationshipREQUIREMENTS:Significant experience in sales within a digital agency environmentSolid understanding and experience of sales of Digital Commerce, Content Management, Data Management, Insights and Activation ProjectsDemonstrated success in leading a complex sales-process with a diverse group of customer stakeholders and decision makersProven ability to develop and manage a personal pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship buildingExcellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-driven approach with strong ownership and attention to detailWHAT WE OFFER:We are continuously developing and growing, which creates great opportunities for our employees to grow with us.
