CNC Machine Operator

CNC Machinist – 1st ShiftPay & Schedule * *Pay:* $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience) * *Shift:* Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Employment Requirements * Must successfully pass a background check (no felony convictions) * Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable *CNC Machinist* to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for machining precision components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to quality, and able to work efficiently in a production environment. Programming experience is *not required*, but candidates with CNC programming knowledge, as well as manual lathe and milling machine experience, are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC machining centers to manufacture precision components * Produce high-quality parts while meeting production schedules and cycle times * Make tool offsets and machine adjustments as needed * Verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments * Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working order * Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining specifications * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Follow all company quality and safety standards Qualifications * Previous CNC machining experience preferred * CNC programming experience is helpful but not required * Experience operating manual lathes and milling machines is a plus * Ability to use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools * Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Why Join Our Team? * Competitive pay based on experience * Stable first-shift schedule * Opportunity to work with high-quality precision manufacturing equipment * Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth and career development #IND2 Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: In person
