We are eager to invest in a great fit and let your talent shine.PM ASSISTANT MANAGER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESManage and oversee all aspects of PM shift operations while meeting heavy customer volume demandsLead and motivate shift teams of 4-12 team members through busy afternoon and evening shifts by demonstrating exemplary customer service, portion control, and presentation, all while maintaining the upmost professionalism in a high volume, quick service environmentGenerate consistent, high-quality service that prioritizes sharing joy and cultivating connection through expert knowledge of brand standards and productsEffectively balance operational efficiency and crowd control while maintaining a positive team and customer environmentReinforce brand standards and elevate performance during busy, high demand shifts by providing in the moment feedback and response operational, employee or customer issuesPromote Sundae's loyalty programs and seasonal promotions to customers by encouraging signups and enhancing the customer experienceModel clear and effective team communication with a constant focus on SOP execution, customer satisfaction, and employee morale and retentionRespond courteously to unexpected operational needs and provide support by being available for on call and emergency coverage during short absences of the General ManagerAssist the General Manager with hiring, training, and coaching of team members with a constant focus on being an exceptional employerMaintain accurate and appropriate food costs by monitoring waste, controlling portion sizes, and accurately tracking outgoing and incoming transfersMaintain exceptional cleanliness, organization and appearance throughout the store and ensure compliance with health, safety, cleanliness, and other industry standards, including overseeing the stewards on shiftParticipate in and contribute to regular staff, management, and leadership meetingsAssist the General Manager with any administrative tasks required for retail operations, including but not limited to bank deposits, payroll reporting, performance documentation, and schedulingThis list is generally descriptive and is not entirely inclusive.
