Senior UI/UX Designer

Senior UI/UX DesignerLocation: Culver City, CA" Lead end-to-end UX/UI design from discovery and research through high fidelity design and delivery " Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences " Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback " Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components " Partner with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure design feasibility and quality " Present design concepts and design rationale to senior stakeholders and clients " Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG), responsiveness, and consistency across platforms " Influence product and experience strategy through design thinking and user insights " Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs and dynamic data " 6 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio " Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools " Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design " Experience designing complex enterprise or large-scale applications " Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments " Experience with modern frameworks such as React and Angular " Strong CSS architecture skills " Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities " Experience with version control systems such as Git " Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints " Experience with digital transformation or legacy modernization (preferred) " Experience mentoring or leading design teams (preferred)
