This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to provide high-quality emergency care within a Level IV Trauma Center.Provide Critical Care in a Dynamic EnvironmentAs an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will be responsible for the independent evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions. You will be an integral part of a dedicated team, working in a fast-paced and challenging environment where your expertise will make a real difference.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with a variety of emergency medical conditions.Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.Perform a wide range of emergency procedures, including intubations, chest tubes, and central lines.Collaborate effectively with other members of the healthcare team, including nurses, paramedics, and other specialists.Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Qualifications:Education: Board-certified/board-eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred).Experience:Minimum 2 years of emergency medicine experience required.FM/IM with extensive emergency and trauma experience accepted (3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).Licensure: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS required.Skills: Skilled in emergency procedures and capable of managing diverse patient demographics. Schedule:Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).24-hour physician coverage with 12 hours of mid-level assistance during peak hours.
