Support office by doing several administrative tasks.Tasks and Responsibilities:Answer inbound phone calls with prospective and current customersSchedule sales appointments and installationsMake outbound calls to current customer database to schedule serviceMake posts on social media following our campaignUpdate content on our website using our widget toolsIdeal Candidates Characteristics:Great phone personalityExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenTech-savvyBrand AmbassadorAble to work autonomously towards project completionSelf-starter and a quick learnerAppreciates and follows proven systemsOptimistic and positive attitude a must!!Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hourNational Radon Defense (NRD) is an international network of leading radon professionals who strive every day to provide their local customers the best value in radon measurement and mitigation services.
