Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life/disability insurance 401(k) Paid time off Competitive pay, and more! 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Details: Direct hire position $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 / annually Second shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm) The Production Supervisor will lead a production shift of personnel and manage the day-to-day operations of the Energetics manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include developing and training a team of operators to ensure that products are loaded error free and on time to meet customer needs. Additional duties include working with the engineering and R&D team to provide design recommendations to improve quality and reduce cost. Proactively implements Safety and Environmental plans in line with company policies, goals and with local and federal requirements Assembles, leads and develops a stable and performing team Provide analysis of build quality through tracking error rates, error catching and coordinate with feedback from field performance to develop a world class, error free shaped charge production facility. With a strong emphasis on Process Reliability, structures the operational plans at the production facility, including plans for Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Continuous Improvement (5S, "On-Time delivery", other programs) Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve the shaped charge production facility, ensure error free assembly and minimize assembly cost. Coordinate activities and labor requirements with Blum personnel. 2nd Shift Production Supervisor Qualifications: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment with 1-3 years supervisory/management experience preferred 1-3 years oilfield experience preferred High School Education or GED required, Bachelor's Degree preferred Ability to prepare and participate in physical inventory when needed. Ability to operate forklift if required. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to get materials from stocking locations. Ability to work while standing at an assembly line for extended periods of time.
