IN FUTURE IT MIGHT BECOME MORE FLEXIBLE. ——————– Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality, responsive, and scalable web applications using a combination of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress. Implement custom WordPress themes, plugins, and functionality based on project requirements and specifications. Optimize websites for speed and performance, ensuring that they meet industry best practices and accessibility standards. Collaborate with the design team to transform mockups and prototypes into functional and visually appealing web applications. Make, maintain, manage and visualtise SQL database. Debug and troubleshoot website issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project objectives. Continuously evaluate and implement new web technologies and best practices to optimize website performance and user experience. Maintain thorough documentation of development work, including version control, code comments, and technical documentation. Provide technical support and maintenance for existing web applications as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development and WordPress. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Full Stack Web Developer, with a strong focus on WordPress development. Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with experience in modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Expert knowledge of SQL. Expert knowledge of WordPress, including theme and plugin development, custom post types, and the WordPress API. Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as WooCommerce, and integrating payment gateways. Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience implementing mobile-first design. Familiarity with website performance optimization techniques and best practices, including caching, minification, and image optimization. Experience with version control systems, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience with website hosting, DNS management, and server maintenance. Knowledge of SEO best practices and implementation. Experience with popular web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
