Operations Lead (100% Remote)

This role is 100% remote.The Operations Lead serves as their hands-on point of contact for their planning and collaboration platform. This role goes beyond platform administration: the ideal candidate is a thoughtful listener who can uncover how teams work, identify where they can add real value, and translate those insights into practical solutions.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary support contact for platform-related questions, requests, and troubleshootingManage day-to-day platform operations, including license management, access requests, compliance, and configuration updatesHost regular office hours to support users and encourage knowledge sharingOrganize and facilitate team meetings to drive collaboration and share best practicesConduct discovery sessions to understand team workflows, goals, and pain pointsDesign and recommend use cases, workflows, and configurations to meet business needsBuild and maintain a centralized use case library to scale adoptionAct as the voice of the user by identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesEnforce governance policies, business rules, and platform best practicesManage intake and prioritization of requests, including tracking through internal systemsMaintain and update documentation, guides, and resources on internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint)Onboard new users and maintain training resources and internal knowledge hubsCoordinate training efforts with internal and external partnersMonitor adoption metrics and report trends, risks, and opportunities to leadershipSupport continuous improvement initiatives and platform optimizationSkills/Qualifications2-5 years of experience in program management, operations, tool implementation, or marketing operationsStrong consultative skills with experience conducting discovery and needs assessmentsAbility to translate business requirements into practical solutions and workflowsFamiliarity with workflow, planning, or collaboration tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Opal, Workfront)Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levelsProactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independentlyExperience working in agile, matrixed environmentsAbility to build and maintain cross-functional relationshipsStrong documentation and process management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint for presentationsExperience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or platform enablement preferredCreative and solutions-oriented mindset with comfort navigating ambiguityWe offer a competitive salary range for this position.
