Virtual Learning Coach, The Novatio School (Remote) - $60,000/year USD
This role is designed for educators who want to focus entirely on motivating students—without the burden of grading, enforcing discipline, or following scripted curricula.
Novatio School has reimagined education by prioritizing creativity, confidence, and curiosity. Students complete their academic work in two concentrated morning hours using an AI‑driven learning platform. The afternoons are dedicated to immersive, hands‑on workshops that build real‑world capabilities and broaden their sense of what’s achievable.
Instead of traditional instruction, you’ll serve as the mentor every learner needs—someone who inspires them each day and cultivates essential life skills through engaging, experiential workshops.
This position is not about managing a conventional virtual classroom—it’s about igniting ambitious thinking, guiding students as they work toward their aspirations, and helping them realize their full potential.
