HR AdministratorMinneapolis, MN | Schedule: 8:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday | Fully On SitePay Range $50,000 - $60,000 Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative HR work, supports compliance and documentation, and serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal teams.Key Responsibilities - HR Administrator:Provide administrative support across HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and personnel file managementAssist with new hire paperwork, orientation coordination, and offboarding processesMaintain HRIS data and ensure accuracy of employee informationSupport payroll, benefits enrollment, and timekeeping administration as neededRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and documentationAssist with compliance tracking, audits, and reporting requirementsCoordinate interviews, meetings, and training logisticsSupport HR projects and process improvementsQualifications & Skills - HR Administrator:Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred2+ years of HR or administrative experienceFamiliarity with HRIS systems and Microsoft OfficeBasic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practicesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment#INMAR2026
