ResponsibilitiesInvoice ManagementCollect, scan, and enter invoices into the digital database.Ensure accuracy and completeness of records.SQF DocumentationCollect and organize SQF paperwork for submission.Record and correct errors as needed.Appointment SchedulingEnter incoming Bills of Lading (BOLs) into Appointment Plus.Generate and distribute on-time vendor reports.Tracking & ReportingRecord trucker scanning data and monitor scan compliance.Report missed receiving scans promptly.Preventive Maintenance TrackingMaintain logs for forklifts, lifts, dock doors, and locks.Create and manage both physical and digital filing systems.Material Inventory CountsTrack and report counts for stretch wrap, pallets, banding materials, airbags, straps, and office supplies.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency in data entry and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, scheduling software).Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in shipping/receiving or logistics is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsIn addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
