Cardiologist - Partnership Track Available The Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in a strictly outpatient setting, including: Consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up Performing and interpreting echocardiography and vascular studies Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Educating patients on preventive care, lifestyle, diet, and exercise Maintaining accurate and timely EMR documentation This role is ideal for physicians seeking clinical autonomy, lifestyle balance, and long-term financial growth through partnership. Positions are structured as partner roles with K-1 compensation (not W-2 and not independent contractor). Compensation is based on a partnership model, approximately 30% of gross revenue generated by the physician, with additional upside tied to overall practice performance.
