Job DescriptionMaintenance Supervisor - 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead overnight maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is essential to ensuring equipment reliability, supporting continuous production, and guiding a team of skilled technicians during 3rd shift.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about building and developing a strong team.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $70,000 - $85,000, depending on experience (flexibility for top candidates) Relocation assistance available (Midwest-based candidates preferred)Schedule3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMKey ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of 4 maintenance technicians on the overnight shift Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and safety of all equipment and systems Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and processing issues efficiently Drive preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency and overall production performance Maintain compliance with all safety standards, including Process Safety Management (PSM) Support documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts Build team capability through ongoing training and mentorshipQualificationsProven experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory role Strong electrical troubleshooting skills preferred Background in manufacturing, industrial, or processing environments Familiarity with PSM programs strongly preferred Experience with ammonia refrigeration is a plus Experience in food production or similar regulated environments preferred Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environmentWhat We're Looking ForA current Maintenance Lead or Supervisor ready to step into a larger role A hands-on leader who can balance technical responsibilities with team leadership Someone comfortable working independently on an overnight shift A quick learner who can adapt to specialized equipment and processesApply TodayApply directly to kylla.olsen@gogpac.com or call (515) 671-2172 for more details All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
