Title: Maintenance Technician -- Food ManufacturingLocation: Fort Smith, Arkansas (72903)Pay: $27 - $36What You Will Be DoingRepair, replace, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient, reliable operation.Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and refrigeration systems.Work with engineers and vendors on layouts, repairs, and technical solutions.Follow all safety, food-handling, and compliance requirements (PPE, noise, temperature, etc.).Collaborate with teammates, participate in continuous improvement, and support LEAN and operating system initiatives.Perform duties in physically demanding, extreme temperature environments and tight spacesWhat You Need For This JobHands on experience or vocational training in welding, mechanical repair, electrical, hydraulics, or refrigeration.Background in poultry, food processing, or manufacturing strongly preferred.Ability to lift 75 to 150 pounds and work in high noise, wet, enclosed, or extreme temperature environments.Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Safety oriented mindset with willingness to follow all PPE and compliance standards.What's In It For YouFULL Benefit's Package
