We're an early-stage startup based in NYC, backed by Antler.Role DescriptionYou'll work directly with the founder/CEO on shipping production features used by enterprise customers. This is a high-autonomy role with real ownership — you'll ship code that paying customers depend on, not fix typos.What you'll work onAI capabilities — improving how our platform uses LLMs to map fields, generate SQL transformations, and validate data quality. Prompt engineering, evals, and fine-tuning experiments.Database and API connectors — building new connectors for Snowflake, Oracle, MySQL, REST APIs, and file-based sources.
