Head of Marketing/CMO

Bettinardi Golf is one of the most revered names in premium golf equipment — a brand built on obsessive craftsmanship, American manufacturing, and a cult following among the world's best putters. We're looking for a Head of Marketing who understands what it means to market a genuine luxury performance product, and who can scale that story without ever diluting it. Responsibilities1.     Set and execute the global brand strategy — defining how Bettinardi is positioned, perceived, and prioritized across all channels and markets, including DTC, wholesale, and international.2.     Lead all marketing functions including digital, social, email, content, paid media, PR, and ambassadors3.     Own the product launch go-to-market calendar in partnership with product design and sales leadership4.     Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team; evaluate agency and vendor relationships5.     Develop and manage the full marketing budget with a focus on ROI and brand equity growth6.     Drive DTC marketing strategies and conversion optimization7.     Expand brand presence internationally, with particular focus on Asia and Europe — key markets for premium golf8.     Work closer with domestic sales team, to expand brand story telling at the top country clubs and golf clubs in the United States.9.     Oversee content creation that reflects the artistry and precision at the core of the Bettinardi brand10. Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends across golf, luxury, and lifestyle categoriesQualifications1.     8-10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a background in golf, or premium sports, luxury goods, and performance equipment2.     Proven track record of building brands with passionate, community-driven audiences3.     Understanding of the golf industry — the culture, the buying cycle, the Tour ecosystem, and the collector mindset4.     Equal fluency in brand storytelling and performance marketing; you think in both feelings and metrics5.     Experience leading and scaling a direct-to-consumer digital business6.     Strong creative instincts with the ability to protect brand integrity under commercial pressure7.     Skilled at working cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations teams8.     Excellent communicator — overseeing copy that resonates with the consumer9.     Experience in international market development is a strong plusSalary: Six Figures
