We’re partnering with a highly respected, mission-driven nonprofit that has spent decades supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence across Cape Cod to find their next Managing Attorney es as their current one prepares to retire after a decade with the organization.If you’re an attorney who wants your work to matter — not just bill — this role offers the rare chance to build deep community impact while maintaining real work/life balance.Why this role stands outDirect impact: You’ll work one-on-one with survivors, helping them navigate family court, probate matters, custody, and protective orders during some of the most critical moments of their lives.Autonomy & trust: This is a standalone role — you’ll run the legal services function while being supported by a collaborative leadership team.Healthy balance: No billable hours, no 60-hour weeks.
