This role supports case teams by managing tasks related to data collection, processing, review, and production, while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career eDiscovery professional to build project management skills by working closely with experienced team members and gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end eDiscovery processes. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day eDiscovery activities across multiple active mattersCoordinate with attorneys, vendors, and internal teams on collections, processing, review, and production tasksTrack deadlines, deliverables, and matter status using spreadsheets and tracking toolsAssist in developing and maintaining timelines, task lists, and status reportsMonitor workflow progress (processing, review, production) and proactively flag risks or delaysPerform basic quality control checks on processed data and production outputsMaintain organized documentation, including logs, trackers, and chain of custody recordsProvide clear and timely status updates to stakeholdersTroubleshoot basic workflow issues and escalate when necessaryEnsure adherence to established eDiscovery workflows and defensible processesSkillsStrong understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle (collection, processing, review, production)Experience with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, RelativityOne, or similar toolsProficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and data organizationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities under tight deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate issues appropriatelyFamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI, prompt writing) is a plusQualificationsApproximately 3+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal operations, or legal technologyHands-on experience supporting eDiscovery workflows or review platformsExperience working with legal teams, attorneys, or external vendors in a support capacityFamiliarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, or similar platforms) preferredExposure to ESI protocols, production specifications, or data processing workflows is a plusJob DetailsPay: $42/per hrLocation: Houston, TXSchedule: M-F
