Collections Specialist

[Accounts Receivable / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Hourly Pay + Commissions / Health-Dental-Vision-Life-Disability / PTO / 401(k) matching - As a Collections Specialist, you will: Monitor and maintain accounts receivable balances; Contact customers to collect on past due balances; Review and analyze payment history; Negotiate payment arrangements with customers; Follow up on payment commitments and update records accordingly; Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the collections system; Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes; Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner; Provide regular reports on collections activities and aging balances to management; Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve collections processes.
