This role is responsible for maintaining building systems, powered equipment, and production support equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe operation.Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on facility equipment, conveyors, lift trucks, electrical systems, HVAC units, and general building systems.This position requires strong troubleshooting ability, reliability, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain all facility equipment in safe, operational conditionPerform repairs and preventive maintenance on:Conveyor systemsRaymond electric lift trucksDock plates and trailer restraintsOverhead doorsMaintain and repair facility electrical systems (including 480V 3-phase)Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC rooftop units (warehouse & office)Perform plumbing repairs (commercial restroom fixtures)Maintain large stationary air compressors and air distribution systemsComplete interior finish repairs including drywall and paintingConduct general building and grounds maintenanceUtilize CMMS software and parts manuals to identify required partsFollow all safety standards and proceduresQualificationsMinimum 1 year experience in one or more of the following:Conveyor systemsRaymond electric lift trucksIndustrial electrical systems (480V 3-phase)Experience or willingness to train in:Label applicatorsBar code scannersBox erectors xaygatp Lift truck battery serviceDock equipmentWelding/FabricationHVAC systemsStrong troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independentlyReliable attendance historyMust be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistanceMust supply own basic hand tools (specialized tools provided)Must be willing to obtain certification to operate powered equipmentWhat We’re Looking For Positive attitude Strong initiative Flexibility with schedule changes if needed Commitment to safety and qualityInterested?Contact Brandy Owens at 463-252-2001#ZR #HIGH1
