Let us empower you to rediscover your purpose and live life to the fullest.We are looking to add a PRN Infusionist to our practice.The ideal candidate has a background working in EMS, hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare settings. They would possess a deep well of empathy, compassion, and patience (as this role interacts heavily with vulnerable populations), and they always practice kindness. An interest in mental health and wellness is a must.Illumma is a progressive and forward-thinking organization dedicated to cultivating a diverse and inclusive work environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Hold space for patients during infusions, providing a kind and positive presence while patients go through life-changing experiences- Clearly explain procedures to patients and ensure they are well educated about all aspects of care.- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and exercise empathy for patients who come through our clinic in a variety of states/moods- Report observations and treatment to providers and collaborate on care plans.- Document all interventions in an accurate and timely manner.- Monitor patients in close quarters for 1-3 hours at a time, typically being silent for long stretches of this time.- Assist in the clinic with patient flow, organization, and other operational needs- Shifts are 8-12 hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrated competency with web-/cloud-based productivity suites and/or tools (e.g., Google Workspace)- Able to operate independently but understand the need for collaboration with other providers- Adaptable to changes in procedures as the practice grows and expands- Calm, professional demeanor- Current CPR and familiarity with interpreting cardiac rhythms- Interest in mental health and wellness- Texas LVN or EMT-B with at least 1 year of significant IV experience- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship- Availability to work 1-2 Saturdays per monthDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- RN or Paramedic- Experience working in the mental health field- Familiarity with Ketamine and its use in mental health treatment- ACLSCompany DescriptionAt Illumma, we're driven by a commitment to providing the highest ethical standard of care while fostering a community of psychedelic providers for greater accessibility to transformative healing.We specialize in supporting individuals struggling with chronic mental health and stress disorders, guiding them toward rediscovering their inner light through our holistic approach to alternative healing, particularly in the ketamine industry.Our safe and empathetic environment empowers clients to take control of their healing journey, equipped with the necessary tools and support.Success for us means witnessing our clients not only finding their light but flourishing, maintaining our leading position as the go-to Ketamine Clinic in Austin, and expanding our reach to touch as many lives as possible.Company DescriptionAt Illumma, we're driven by a commitment to providing the highest ethical standard of care while fostering a community of psychedelic providers for greater accessibility to transformative healing.
